Free Trial costs customers a whole lot more

Newark- Atlantic Coast Media Group and Hydroxatone advertise a free trial for beauty products, then use information they get for the $7.95 "shipping and handling" charge to bill consumers $209 for a 3-month supply, a class action claims in U.S. District Court in Newark.
Court cases like this everyday.  Business swindles the customer because they know that either they are going to get away with it or the court costs are too much for a regular person to pay.  On the rare chance that a case makes it this far, pay the out of court settlement.  Accept it as cost of doing business and move on to the next scam.  Click on the bonus touch me to see a wonderfully written blog review of this killer free trial.

Hungary destroys all of Monsanto infested Fields

Hungary- In an effort to rid the country of Monsanto's GMO products, Hungary has stepped up the pace. This looks like its going to be another slap in the face for Monsanto. A new regulation was introduced this March which stipulates that seeds are supposed to be checked for GMO before they are introduced to the market.
Suppose to but of course, those damn Monsanto seeds sneak in there (strangely enough, I'm not bringing the sarcasm here, they really do sneak in) so Hungary said fuck it, and just burned the Monsanto crop.  Burned a thousand acres to the ground.  Just a wonderful little F you to the fine fellows at Monsanto.

Mcdonalds Manager accused of Assaulting a freaking blind customer

An arrest warrant has been issued for the manager of a Marietta McDonald's after she punched a mother of two autistic boys in the face, Marietta police said.
I don't even have this kind of self worth to think the world wouldn't crush me at some point.  Also, I would say that at least she puts her child down before she attacks the blind lady. I sure hope that is the last time she holds the kid but we all know it is not.  Who did she have to beat out for that managerial spot?  Does anyone want to know?  If only Nathan was still around to put his hand print into the center every burger he cooked at one of our local fast food burger/ice cream joints.
(Touch Me) Just don't punch me

Man pretends to be autistic to get diaper changed

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City man who wore diapers and fooled women into "babysitting" him at their homes was sentenced to three years in prison, The Oklahoman reported Thursday.
Mark Anthony Richardson II tricked two women into caring for him by pretending to be autistic and behaving like a child. He drank baby formula, sucked on a pacifier and threw tantrums.
If I would have known it was that easy, I would have saved some money on hookers

I'm back

God Be a Wendy’s Baconator

A couple days ago I went to get some lunch with my homegirl. We both had a taste for Wendy’s and after I got done fucking with the chick in the Drive-thru by speaking to her in Spanish, I decided on the Baconator value meal and my homie got a frosty.

Earths lost Continent

Scotland- his week, a group of geologists report that they've found a lost continent off the coast of Scotland. 55 million years ago, about 10 million years after dinosaurs died out, a chunk of the seafloor erupted from beneath the water. It created a small continent that existed for at least a million years, covered in dramatic mountains and valleys, and irrigated with streaming rivers. Eventually the landscape sank back beneath the waves, its once-sunny mountains buried beneath 2 kilometers of seabed.

FBI tells judge OKC bombing video cannot be found

Salt Lake City- The FBI has not found videotapes from the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing that are being sought by a Utah lawyer and does not believe another records search is reasonable or will uncover the information, the agency has told a federal judge. FBI officials are "unaware of the existence or likely location of additional tapes" that would fulfill the Freedom of Information Act request filed by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue, agency attorneys said in court papers filed last week.
