Presumed Innoncent, Anyone?

This is the best piece of satire writing I have read in some time.  Ben Stein is a regular funny man with lines like, “If he is such a womanizer and violent guy with women, why didn't he ever get charged until now?” and “Can anyone tell me any economists who have been convicted of violent sex crimes?” It is fantastic that mister Stein supports research and collecting your own knowledge because certainly he knew any half hearted effort would give the answers to all of his fancy numbered questions.  Does Ben have a place that shows his many nonsensical rants that he does impersonating someone who is completely and uttered inept at understanding how humanity works.  Maybe if someone would give him a platform, a movie maybe, to spew other crazy ideas about  evolution and scientific evidence.  I bet he could do a great impression of a man with no facts or data just his crazy intuition that was honed in the deepest of country hollers.  Oh wait, he is from DC.  Well then, never mind.  That tells me all I need to know.

photobomb

Freeze framing the world is essential.  Capturing our mundane and dispersing the images for our 281 friends to see.  Photo: a picture produced by photography.  Bomb: a projectile, formerly usually spherical, filled with a bursting charge and exploded by means of a fuze, by impact, or otherwise, now generally designed to be dropped from an aircraft.  Life happens sometimes in ways that we wish would not last for eternity.  Like, bath time.

Or the times when things are in places that have to be removed.

It is necessary to be wary of the invasion of another person’s photographic universe.  These times come unwittingly and sometimes, after a few glasses of chardonnay.

Or a shit ton of Yager.  It seems all through mother nature, bombing is an important part of the attention grabbing gene implanted in each of us.

Makes one wonder how similar we might actually be.

So be aware.  It might just be your trip to Walgreens for munchies before you disappear back into the world

but it might also be someone else’s big day.

And for those capture-ers of the moment.  The brave souls that are left to be forever unknown in the land outside the framework of the moment always remember, there will always be that one person lingering in the background.  Waiting to and lurking for their moment of sunshine.  Just know, they can always be photoshopped out later.   Jackasses can easily disappear.

NASA Announces the Findings of space-time Experiment

NASA-Einstein was right again. There is a space-time vortex around Earth, and its shape precisely matches the predictions of Einstein's theory of gravity.Researchers confirmed these points at a press conference today at NASA headquarters where they announced the long-awaited results of Gravity Probe B (GP-B).
"The space-time around Earth appears to be distorted just as general relativity predicts," says Stanford University physicist Francis Everitt, principal investigator of the Gravity Probe B mission.

The Self Aware Chimpanzee

Primate Research Institute in Kyoto- Chimpanzees are self-aware and can anticipate the impact of their actions on the environment around them, an ability once thought to be uniquely human, according to a study released Wednesday.  The findings, reported in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B, challenge assumptions about the boundary between human and non-human, and shed light on the evolutionary origins of consciousness, the researchers said.
